VELINA Tanzania Limited was founded as a voluntary geological fraternity in 2010 and later incorporated on 30th November 2020 as a company limited by shares under the Companies Act, 2002 (Cap.212) with Registration No. 140977292. Our establishment is rooted in providing earth science and engineering solutions, with our journey evolving into mining after securing a major contract with Yapi Merkez for earthworks during the construction of Tanzania’s Standard Gauge Railway (SGR).
To date VELINA Tanzania Limited owns various Gold, Copper, Nickel, Manganese and other Critical Mineral Resources deposits all over Tanzania.
